On February 24th, 2025, officers responded to the 2600 block of Marlin Highway on a man down call. Officers discovered Daniel Mansel, deceased on the median. Investigation revealed Mr. Mansel had been hit by a vehicle and the driver of the vehicle did not stop and render aid.

Investigators are attempting to locate the suspect vehicle, a 2016-2018 Black Chevy Cruze. Suspect vehicle will be missing the driver side mirror and will possibly have damage to/missing a portion of the left headlight assembly. SEE BELOW-
